This package is for someone who is not interested in having a birth doula attend their birth, but would still like birth education and guidance building a birth preference summary.

This package includes:

• One prenatal appointment

• Building a comprehensive birth preference summary with my professional guidance

• Education on interventions, what to expect & comfort measures during labor

• Assistance with planning & packing for birth

• Talking through fears, expectations & logistics
